We offer multiple delivery options. If you order before 6 PM GMT, you can opt for Next Day Delivery.
For orders placed after 6 PM GMT on a Friday or Public Holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
**Remote locations:** Due to the complexity of shipping to remote areas, we are unable to provide fast shipping. However, orders will typically arrive within 7-10 working days, depending on the courier service.
We encourage you to provide your mobile number at checkout to receive notifications from our courier service provider. This allows you to monitor or make changes to your delivery. Your number will not be used for any other purpose.

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies. Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.

We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at support@lulusaroutdoors.com with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information. The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence. Send us an email with attaching photo(s) and we will send out a replacement within 72 business hours!

You can return items within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels attached.
Equipment: Must be unused and in original packaging with labels attached.
Free Gifts/Promotional Items: Cannot be returned for a refund.
Items missing labels or packaging will incur a 30% reconditioning charge. If this applies to your return, we will notify you. If we do not receive a response within 4 working days, the item will be returned to you without a refund.
If any returned item breaches our policy, we reserve the right to return it to you in the condition it was received.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method via PayPal only.
Please note, it may take up to 30 working days for your refund to appear in your PayPal account.
