Delivery
We strive to dispatch all orders on the same working day if received before 6 PM GMT (Monday – Friday).
- Orders received after 6 PM GMT (Monday – Thursday) will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 6 PM GMT on a Friday or Public Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
The shipping cost depends on your location and the items ordered. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
We recommend providing your mobile number at checkout to receive notifications from our delivery partners and make changes to your delivery. Your number will only be used for delivery updates.

Returns
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes.
- Use a trackable, insured courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) and retain proof of postage.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Condition of Returned Items
- Clothing & Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
- Equipment & Gear: Must be unused, with original packaging and labels attached.
- Free Gifts & Promotional Items: Cannot be returned for a refund.
- Items missing labels will incur a 30% reconditioning charge, deducted from your refund. We will notify you before proceeding with this charge.
Receiving Your Refund
- Refunds are issued via PayPal only and may take up to 30 working days to process.
- Refunds cover only the cost of the products; duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable and must be claimed from your local Customs Office.
- If you received a free promotional item (e.g., Buy X Get Y Free), this must also be returned. If not, the cost of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
